The fastest way to find out where your order is and when it will arrive is this:

1. Look for the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email we sent you when the order left our warehouse.
2. Click on the tracking number that appears in that email.
3. It will take you to a web page where you will see the expected delivery date.

If after 24 hours of receiving our shipping confirmation email, the tracking number still does not show any information, please contact us so we can help you find it or send you a new one.
