Returning Your Items

We get it – sometimes a purchase just isn't the right fit. No worries, we've got a hassle-free return policy that keeps it simple. You can return items within 30 days, as long as they are in their original condition.


A Few Exceptions to Note:
  • Swimwear and underwear: You can return these items, but only if the hygiene seal is still intact – keep it on until you're sure!
  • Socks: We'll take them back, as long as they are sealed in their original packaging.
To score a full refund on eligible returns, make sure your items are returned in their original condition – unworn, unused, and unwashed, just as you received them. If you send something back damaged, or worn condition, we won't be able to offer you a refund. Our quality control team checks all returned items.

When Can You Expect Your Refund?


The timing of your refund depends on how long it takes your chosen returns courier to get the items back to us and for our warehouse to process the return.
Here are some key points to remember:
  • We issue refunds to the original payment method you used for the order.
  • If you paid with a gift card to cover all or part of the order total, your refund will first be applied to the gift card.
  • Typically, refunds take up to 7 days to be processed from the date we receive your returned items at our warehouse. After that, it may take an additional 2-3 days for the refund to appear in your account.
