I've received a faulty item, what should I do?Updated 3 months ago

DO NOT return it!

In the event you have received a defective item, pleascontact us immediately with the following information:

  • Your order number (found on the original order confirmation
  • Photos that show:
    • The item in full showing the entire product
    • The fault itself 

ALL CLAIMS FOR ORDERS ARRIVING WITH DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE

Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team, it may result in a slower resolution time.

We'll solve it immediately!
