Why have I received an email saying the item I've ordered is out of stock?Updated 3 months ago

We do everything we can to fill your order completely. However, there are rare instances when something that was ordered may no longer be available. We apologize for the inconvenience!

When this happens, it means we thought we had stock of the item when you placed the order. But, when we went to pack your order up we realized we didn't have the item available anymore.

If this is your case we’ll let you know via email. The unavailable item will be removed from your order, and you won’t be charged.
